 Non-Library Professional Presentation Grant
Deadline: April 30th and October 30th
A grant of $250 and a citation shall be awarded to an active VAASL member who has been accepted to do a presentation at a conference that is not a library conference (e.g. school counselors, other subject areas, admin, etc.). Two grants will be awarded each year. The winners will be honored at the annual conference in November.
The candidate must not be a recipient of this identical award for the previous three years.
Application Must Include

A letter from the candidate stating briefly why he/she wants to attend and present at this conference.

Copy of the session proposal (with VAASL logo on any handouts) submitted to the review committee

Official notification of acceptance from the organization.
